GETTING STARTED / ONE STEP AT A TIME
A little clarity.
A calmer first step.
You don’t need to have every answer. Start with what matters to you, and a conversation about what you’re looking for.
We are preparing to launch. All future care will depend on assessment, suitability, appropriate professional arrangements and availability.
- 01
Make the first connection.
Fill out the enquiry form or call the manager on 07913 629121. Keep it simple: your contact details, your local area and the kind of support you’re exploring.
- 02
A conversation about you.
Discuss what you’re looking for, whether it falls within the planned service and local coverage, and what questions need answering.
- 03
Understand the next steps.
If the planned service may be suitable, the manager can explain the assessment and arrangements that would be needed before any future care starts.
A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING
Your questions
are welcome.
Are you providing care now?
Not yet. We are accepting enquiries while preparing the service. No care, start date or staffing arrangement is confirmed by making an enquiry.
Where will you cover?
Our focus is Derby and nearby surrounding areas, rather than wider Derbyshire. Give us your area or outward postcode and the manager can discuss whether it falls within the intended local coverage.
Who can make an enquiry?
Adults looking for their own care, family members, friends and professionals can enquire. The planned service is for adults aged 18 and over.
Do I need to know which service I need?
No. Choose “Not sure yet” on the form, or call the manager. A first conversation can help clarify what you are exploring.
What is the difference between live-in and 24-hour care?
Live-in care and a staffed 24-hour arrangement are different models. A person living in the home is not automatically working continuously. The appropriate arrangement would depend on assessed needs and agreed staffing.
Can I send medical records through this form?
Please do not. This first-contact form asks only for contact details, a broad area and care interest. Clinical information should only be shared through an appropriate process agreed directly with the manager.
Does making an enquiry commit me to anything?
No. It starts a conversation. Suitability, assessment, any future availability and the terms of a care arrangement would need to be discussed separately.
Every good beginning starts with a conversation.
Enquiries open. Services not yet running.
