We aim to make this website straightforward to read, navigate and operate.
Movement is optional.
Use “Pause photos” beside the opening photographs to stop the slideshow. If your device requests reduced motion, decorative animation and automatic photo changes are switched off. Other decorative sequences finish shortly after they appear. The opening banner uses real photographs with gentle motion, not live video footage.
Keyboard and screen readers
Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between links, buttons and fields. Focus is visible. The first link skips navigation. Photo choices have labelled buttons, and expandable questions can be opened with Enter or Space.
Forms and errors
Fields have visible labels. Errors appear beside each field and in a linked summary at the top of the form. A successful enquiry submission has a clear confirmation and reference number. Email-update forms also confirm whether your choice has been saved.
Readable layouts
Text can be zoomed using your browser. Layouts reflow for smaller screens and large text. No information depends only on colour or pointer hover.
